Who am I?
I offer to guide you on the path of awakening towards the discovery of your potential.
I am committed to imparting the practice of inner listening, which encompasses your intuition, emotions and body,
Through action circles, I invite you to take the appropriate steps to fulfill your deepest aspirations and to co-create a project that is meaningful to you.
Welcome to the most beautiful journey there is, the journey back to the Self. It is a magnificent voyage that will lead you to your true essence.
My name is Michaël Lallemand, known as “Mika.” I am a coach, therapist, author of the book “Être à sa place,” and a poet at heart. I present myself to you through various facets: “The mind, the heart, and the body.”:
With a scientific background and a distinctly analytical mindset, I pursued studies in information technology. After obtaining my engineering degree, I relocated to Vietnam, where I lived and worked for nearly fifteen years.
During this time, I established my own digital agency, named Sirius, and experienced the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
Since 2016, I have returned to Europe, settling in Lausanne, Switzerland, along the shores of Lake Geneva.
I also assist companies in their agile transformations, enabling them to adapt effectively to the inherent changes in their projects.
This transformation primarily requires a cultural shift. It represents a genuine journey for the entire organization, necessitating the ability to embrace both the current state and emerging developments. This empirical methodology aligns closely with real-life scenarios, allowing the entire organization to respond swiftly to customer needs.
Over the course of nearly twenty years, I have worked across diverse sectors, including hospitality, NGOs, communications, industry, healthcare, and education. My experience spans organizations of all sizes, from startups to large international corporations, as well as SMEs and family-owned businesses. I have thus encountered various types of organizations—associations, enterprises, institutions, and startups—each with its own internal structure—hierarchical, functional, or matrix—and distinct cultural backgrounds—European, Asian, or North American.
This wealth of experience has proven invaluable in understanding the cultural differences within the companies I currently support in their transformations.
As a child, I experienced a recurring dream: I dreamed that I could fly.
I cherished this dream and the sensation of floating in the air so much that I would intentionally induce it. As I fell asleep, I would envision myself leaping and running as fast as possible to jump and ultimately take flight.
My dream journey would commence as I soared over the surrounding landscape, bringing me immense joy. Did this dream foreshadow my future travels to the far corners of the world, as well as more introspective journeys into the depths of my being?
One beautiful afternoon, while living in Saigon, a vision dramatically altered the course of my life.
Seated comfortably in an armchair with my eyes closed, I glimpsed a well of light. This light propelled me into a lush meadow where a blonde child played with a lamb. Upon seeing this radiant child, an infinite love flooded my heart, opening it and immersing me in profound silence and bliss.
I felt this life energy circulating within my body and extending beyond it. I became aware of the subtle connection binding me to nature and all living beings. After this moment of grace, and the many others that followed, my perspective shifted. From that point on, the world appeared to me through new eyes: the eyes of the Heart.
It was also after this heart-opening experience that my favorite childhood dream returned. Each night, I would fly through the sky and explore my inner world. For over three years, I experienced a continuous sense of peace and silence.
However, a romantic breakup plunged me into my inner turmoil, and it took me several years to embrace the emotions I had previously harshly rejected, such as anger, jealousy, and shame. This breakup awakened the wounds of my soul, leading me to what is often referred to as “the dark night of the soul.”
I have always had a passion for sports and, by extension, the relationship with the body. From a young age, I engaged in gymnastics and later athletics. Both of these sports share a commonality: they encompass multiple disciplines and require spatial awareness.
During a journey of over 14 years in Vietnam, I discovered Chinese martial arts such as Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and Wing Chun, which allowed me to experience a fluidity in the movement of life. Concurrently, I practiced yoga and meditation intensively, which brought me a great deal of serenity.
I also enjoyed boxing and playing rugby. My inner child, ever-present, craved fun and the magical moments that come from teamwork. In retrospect, what I cherish most is the beauty of the gesture: a 20-meter pass that lands perfectly in the hands of a teammate in motion, leading to a try, still sends shivers down my spine.
In recent years, I have taken pleasure in free diving alongside dolphins, orcas, and whales. Encountering the gaze of one of these marine mammals immerses me in a state of consciousness that reconnects me with Life itself. Since my first trip to Sataya with a group of joyful companions, I have always looked forward to returning.
During workshops, I introduce participants to an intuitive dance, where the movements arise from the life energy flowing through them in the moment. This intuitive dance reconnects us to the wisdom of our bodies and allows us to harmonize our energies down to our cells, fostering flexibility, release, grounding, alignment, and serenity.
Head – Heart – Body
The journey back to unity is one of inclusion rather than separation. It is essential to embrace the various aspects of our Being: Head – Heart – Body, and to foster their harmonious collaboration. The mind, soul, and body are intricately interconnected.
Throughout my journey, I have gathered the necessary keys to restore this harmony. These vibrational keys have been acquired through my diverse life experiences, enabling me to share them with a wider audience today.
The workshops and training sessions offered on this site encompass theoretical components to engage the mind, vibrational practices conveyed through voice and writing, as well as physical exercises to integrate these teachings into the body at a cellular level.
They are designed for all individuals who feel the call to explore their multiple potentials and hidden talents, which often reside in the unconscious.
I guide those who seek my assistance on the most beautiful journey of all—the return to the Self.
The various stops along the way allow travelers to explore unknown (unconscious) territories and to dive into their deep primordial waters to uncover the treasures hidden within.
Through the listening of the Heart, the different parts of the Self encountered during this journey teach us everything we need to know about ourselves. Embracing all aspects of oneself constitutes the royal path, the path of the Heart.
The vibrational keys and other resolutions shared possess practical applications that can be directly implemented in our daily lives, as well as in our professional endeavors.
This site is intended for both individuals and businesses.
Love, with a capital “L,” made its presence known to me after we had previously exchanged words over the phone, leading to our eventual meeting. I could already feel my heart racing, urging me to express my feelings.
Our encounter felt destined; we recognized each other immediately and embraced warmly. This was followed by a unique and magical sharing of our respective lives. It seemed as though we both felt an urgent need to make up for lost time, as if our souls had known each other for ages and were finally reunited.
We witnessed a breathtaking sunset over Lake Geneva, where the shimmering rays illuminated us, making it seem as though only we existed in that moment. This experience will forever be etched in my memory.
Despite various doubts and fears—fear of being hurt again, fear of missing out on the love of my life, fear of judgment—I ultimately summoned my courage and decided to extend an invitation.
By listening to my heart rather than my fears, everything fell into place. The universe conspired in our favor.
Today, it seems only natural for us to offer healing, workshops, and training together, as we complement each other and contribute our unique notes to the symphony of the universe.
