What is an Action Circle?

The Action Circle:

  • An action circle is a space of trust, freedom, and autonomy.
  • It consists of a maximum of 10 to 12 people.
  • The members of the circle meet regularly in a designated place.
  • Each member embodies the evolving purpose of the action circle with complete autonomy and takes full responsibility for their tasks from start to finish.
  • Each member listens deeply to one another and shares their aspirations and heartfelt ideas.
  • The goal is to co-create projects, products, services, or businesses with a vision from the heart.
  • A potential revealer helps each member listen to themselves deeply and awaken their full potential.
  • The evolving purpose and every action taken within the circle are respectful of nature and the environment, considering humans as an integral part of nature.

Through action circles within companies and communities, Michaël supports circle members in taking the right actions to fulfill their deepest aspirations and co-create a project that is meaningful to them.

Example of an action circle: Nomad Solidarity

A circle of action is not:

  • A Tupperware meeting inviting chatter and gossip.
  • A theoretical research group.
  • A group with an impractical utopian vision.
  • A group exclusively for sharing experiences.
  • A hierarchy serving the interests of an elite.
  • A therapy group exclusively.
  • A cult, a religion, a sect, a secret society, or a private club.
  • A group with a purpose that disrespects nature.

In Practice

  • At the beginning of each circle, a moment of silence is observed so that each member can take the time to center themselves and tune in to their feelings and intuition (soul-heart).
  • Members gradually get to know each other during the first meetings.
  • Members (re)define the evolving purpose of the circle.
  • Members define each person’s roles and the commitments they make to one another.
  • Members agree on how to work together in a self-managed team.
  • Each member has participated in the Choice of the Heart workshop and takes part in ongoing training to integrate intuitive listening through regular practice.
  • Each circle is a space of trust and, therefore, confidentiality.

The Revealer of Potentials

As a revealer of potentials, Michaël facilitates action circles. His role is:

  • To awaken the potential of circle members so that each person can operate at their full capacity and be recognized for their strengths.
  • To support circle members in:
    • Discovering themselves, so they dare to be who they truly are and embark on a project close to their hearts.
    • Tuning into their inner listening—their intuition, their feelings, the voice of their heart.
    • Identifying their wounds and limiting beliefs, offering them a guiding hand so they can acknowledge these without self-judgment, out of self-love and a desire for deep healing.
    • Expressing and listening to their emotions so they can experience them with more fluidity in daily life.
  • To facilitate meetings so that each member is heard and to provide authentic guidance.

Changing Paradigm

  • Are you more attuned to the aspirations of your heart or the rational thoughts that cross your mind?
  • Imagine your personal and professional life as if you were fully yourself, in your rightful place, in harmony with both aspects (heart-mind) of your being.
  • Discover how your mind can listen to and serve your heart, helping it achieve its dreams.
  • It’s time to change the paradigm by choosing, from now on, to listen deeply to yourself and truly meet yourself.
