Who am I?

Head – Heart – Body | Intuition – Action – Transformation

My name is Michaël Lallemand, but many know me as Mika.

For over fifteen years, I’ve been guiding individuals, teams, and organizations in realigning their thoughts, feelings, and actions.

My journey is unique — rooted in both the business world (innovation, agility, entrepreneurship) and deep inner exploration (intuition, consciousness, emotional intelligence).

Today, I stand at the intersection of these worlds — and I bring them into conversation.

A Pillar of Innovation

I define myself as a Pillar of Innovation:

I help entrepreneurs and teams make foundational decisions — the kind that shape a vision, reveal a clear direction, and create lasting value.

As an engineer with 15+ years of experience in agility (Scrum, Kanban), product management, and digital transformation, I support organizations seeking to evolve without betraying their core — nor compromising their values.

My approach combines aligned decision-making through intuition with structured, analytical thinking — turning deep insights into meaningful action.

What I offer isn’t just a method or framework — it’s a posture.

A way of supporting that is embodied, aligned, and fully aware of both the complexity of your projects and the complexity of life itself — emotions, doubt… and the power of your inner calling.

The Heart: sensitive intelligence in service of meaning

One day, life opened my heart — and I learned to truly listen.

To emotions. To silence. To the parts of us we silence. To the intuition we ignore. To the inner nudges that won’t leave us alone.

But listening to your heart takes courage. The word “courage” comes from the Latin cor — the heart.

This inner, vibrant energy drives us forward — helps us move through fear, take leaps, and create what truly matters.

It’s the energy that connects us to what deeply calls us.

This inner dimension is now central to my approach. I create spaces for authentic transformation — where people can learn to trust themselves again, sense what’s right, and take action with meaning.

Right action, at the right time

Through innovation circles, intuition workshops, and strategic coaching, I help people and teams to:

  • Listen to what wants to emerge
  • Clarify their vision
  • Align decisions with their core values
  • Turn ideas into concrete action
  • Create meaningful, living products, projects, and companies

A Book as the backbone

My book, “Être à sa place”, is more than just a book.

It’s the fruit of a deep personal journey — an exploration of what disconnects us… and what brings us back home.

Written by listening to the heart’s silence, it’s part testimonial, part intuitive guide, and part invitation to live a more aligned life.

It supports those seeking meaning, integration, and the courage to act from their essence.

Today, the book forms the backbone of my work — it shapes the innovation circles, workshops, and coaching sessions I offer. Each page holds keys, insights, and energy that can be felt both personally and professionally.

I share it during my events, workshops, retreats… and soon in book cafés, literary festivals, and spaces where deeper conversations can unfold.

For individuals and organizations

My support is for:

  • Entrepreneurs and leaders who want to innovate without losing themselves
  • Teams seeking more fluidity, autonomy, and meaning
  • Individuals wishing to reconnect to themselves, personally or professionally

I offer tailored formats: one-on-one sessions, group workshops, innovation circles, immersive retreats, and continuous training.

What if Innovation Was a Return to Self?

We live in a time calling for authenticity, coherence, and deeper listening.

I believe sustainable innovation arises when we dare to be fully ourselves — and create from there.

And that takes courage:

The courage to listen to your heart, to follow your intuition, and to commit fully.

Welcome to the most beautiful journey of all: the journey back to Self.
